The Foolscap Writers Workshop
Friday, Sept. 24, 10am to 4pm
Workshop Format
Come early to the convention and spend Friday working hands-on with professional writers to develop your writing skills. In each session instructors will focus on a particular writing technique or tool and students will produce pieces of short fiction and other writing.
Workshop Registration is Open
Workshop participation is free with your convention membership. Since each session is limited to 15 participants, you must sign up in advance.
The workshops will be held in the Alder room. Each workshop stands alone, so you may sign up for just one or two, but we will be giving priority to those who sign up for the full course. Our workshop day has the following four sessions:
