With our move to the Marriott Hotel at Redmond Town Center comes a change (for the better) to Nanobites. We are pleased to announce, however, that the price for Nanobites will remain $26!
For this year’s Nanobites, we will actually be seated in the hotel’s restaurant, Meritage (just to the left of the main lobby). Don’t forget your banquet ticket - that’s how the hotel staff will know you are one of us - and you will be seated with other Foolscap members. You may then wander over to the Omelet Station, where you will be able to have your very own omelet built and cooked in front of you on the lovely induction cook top. You might also take a stroll over to the main area of the buffet, where you will find a myriad of choices (listed below). You might prefer, instead, to start your culinary experience in the private dining room where Chef Steven Scaia has created a Full-Poached Salmon for us to add to our plates, as well as both Flan and Crème Brûlée for your pleasure. This last portion of the menu is exclusively for Foolscap Banquet Ticket holders. You may go back as many times as you wish, put everything on your plate all at once or only put one thing on your plate each time. The Meritage is excited to have us and more than willing to fulfill your requests. The Meritage is equipped with a fully stocked bar (they’re known for their wine bar) - so wine or spirits are yours for an additional fee if you so desire.
